Healthlands is a family run independent health food store. Located in the heart of Sydney’s inner west, Healthlands was established by the currnet owner’s mum Josie 33 years ago. With a vision to help people achieve the best health they could, Josie set about changing people’s lives through a holistic approach to life incorporating diet, lifestyle and other natural remedies.
