PROMOTER

  1. The “Promoter” is MarketPlace Leichhardt, owned by Active Super and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. MarketPlace Leichhardt centre address is: 100/122-138 Flood Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.
  2. Promotional Period: The MarketPlace Leichhardt – ‘Back to school promotion” (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9am Friday 10 January and conclude at 11.59pm, Monday 27 January 2025.

PRIZE AND DRAW

  1. The prize is a back-to-school pack.
  2. The prize includes: Pencils, textas, pencil case, ruler from Newspower Newsagent, a backpack from Target, water bottle & lunch box from Woolworths and hand ball from Toys 4 Kids.
  3. Total prize pool valued at approx. $100
  4. 1 x winner will be drawn at random at 10am on Tuesday 28 January 2025 by Centre Management or a third party appointed.
  5. The winners will be notified via direct message from @marketplace_leichhardt.
  6. If despite every reasonable effort the winners cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place at 10am on Tuesday 18 February 2025.
  7. The prize must be collected directly from the Centre Management office.
  8. The prizes are set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by MarketPlace Leichhardt and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
  2. Entry is open to Sydney residents only.
  3. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of MarketPlace Leichhardt and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
  4. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
  5. The Winners will be accounted in the comments on the MarketPlace Leichhardt Facebook and Instagram page.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
  7. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
