 PROMOTER

1. The “Promoter” is MarketPlace Leichhardt, owned by Vision Super and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. MarketPlace Leichhardt centre address is: 100/122-138 Flood Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.

2. Promotional Period: The MarketPlace Leichhardt – ‘Win a Foodie Escape to Melbourne’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9am, Monday 24 March 2025 and conclude at 11.59pm, Sunday 13 April 2025.

HOW TO ENTER

3. Make a spend of $15 or more at any of the participating food, café or food court retailers listed below. The receipt must be retained as proof of purchase.
4. Scan the QR code on the in-centre collateral or visit

PRIZE AND DRAW

5. Major Prize: The prize consists of; Return flights from Sydney to Melbourne. 2 nights accommodation in a Central Melbourne CBD hotel. 1-2 foodie day tour experience through Flight Centre Leichhardt. Secondary Prizes: Two $300 gift vouchers from Panetta Mercato.
6. Major prize trip to the value of up to $3000, any additional nights or upgrades to flights/accommodation will be at the winner’s expense. Can not be booked in the school holiday periods, public holidays or long weekends. Total prize pool value up to $3,600.
7. The winner will be drawn at random by Centre Management or an appointed third party at 10am on Monday 14 April 2025.
8. The winners will be contacted by phone/email on the same day.
9. If despite every reasonable effort the winners cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place 2 weeks after the first draw takes place.
10. The Prizes must be collected from the Centre Management office between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The holiday prize must be organised directly with Flight Centre Leichhardt.
11. The prize is set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

12. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by MarketPlace Leichhardt and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
13. Entry is open to Sydney residents only.
14. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of MarketPlace Leichhardt and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
15. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
17. The Winner will be published on the MarketPlace Leichhardt Facebook and Instagram page.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entryprocess, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
19. If all or any part of the term and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
